Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions (The Terms) unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:
Customer material means any information provided by the customer about Wall Panelling Experts without limitation, your details sizes , delivery details, requirements or any information provided in tech Enquiry or order:
'Enquiry' means any enquiry made of Wall panelling experts and any interior designs listed on website
'Force Majeure Event includes any delay or failure to perform our obligations as set out in these terms where such a delay or failure to perform arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including without any limitation any Act of God, communications failure, death destruction, fire, flood, strikes riots accident disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war:
Order confirmation, An order confirmation for Wall Panelling and any interior design to the Wall Panelling Experts to you confirming receipt of payment and the acceptance of your offer.
'Price' means a price issued for Wall Panelling and any other interior design by Wall Panelling Experts to you in response to an order confirmation and or, enquiry
Product means quality products produced either being Wall Panelling and or any other interior design by Wall Panelling Experts from time to time available on the website.
Website means the website for the sale of products at www.panelmaster.co.uk
'Writing' includes email, fax or other comparable means of communication.
'You, 'Your' or 'customer' means the person, firm or Company placing an order for Products with the Wall Panelling Experts
2. Product Details
The products displayed on the website are not shown to actual site nor are their images binding in detail. Some products may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photgraphy techniques.
Products that are a personlised order may require some cutting, chamfering, and mitring required during installation. Allow Tolerances of up to 50mm for manufacture.
KIT Panelling/ Predetermined Georgian Panelling / Standard Panelling The sizes are programmed into the CNC however, movement of the CNC routers can occur whilst production is being made. We reserve the right to allow tolerances of up to 10mm during manufacture.
All products are subject to availability.
Pin Holes - We do not fill these holes. This should be completed by the decorator who is applying the topcoats
Material product information on the 6mm and 18mm moisture resistant finsa mdf can be located at http://www.finsa.es/
Any thickness over 30 mm is NOT moisture resistant
Veneered products are NOT moisture resistant
3. Price of The Products
Due to the fluctuating prices of the constituent elements of the products the price of the products may vary if there is a delay between the time of order and when payment in full is received by Wall Panelling Experts In these circumstances you may be requested to make an additional payment before the products can be dispatched to you. For products where items are custom works or any type of special order and more than one design drawing, you will be asked when submitting your order, to pay an additional amount to the price offered on the website.
All products must be paid in full either verbally, email, fax or in writing by credit card details given, cheque or Bank transfer. before being crafted and dispatched
Time is not of the essence with any contract or design order and the .Wall Panelling Experts
Without prejudice if we discover an error in the price of the products offered we will contact you to resolve the situation
Any goods not paid for within 30 days of placing an order, and from receivng no customer contact then Wall Panelling Experts reserve the right to charge per day for stocking the items and/or reserve the right to have the items disposed of and shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage,costs, expense or other claims you may incur.
Any customers own goods that are not collected within 30 days of being atthe designated workshop then Wall Panelling Experts reserve the to charge per day for stocking the items and/or reserve the right to have the items disposed of and shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage,costs, expense or other claims you may incur.
The Wall Panelling Experts reserve the right to charge £250.00 per each assembly and design drawing required, undertaken, and/or requested. Any additional alterations and incorrect measurements supplied by the customer and the masters of wall panelling ltd reserve the right to charge an additional £100.00 per revised design drawing. Once you have approved your design drawings and/or cutting list provided either verbally, by post, by email your product is made to your agreed approval.
IF WE CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR Design: Occasionally, we may have to make small changes to the design and we reserve the right to do so at any time. Most of these changes will be minor and only to add additional benefit and enhancement to the design and the installation of the design
Survey fees are for a survey measurement of 1 area only up to time of 75 minutes only Additional charges are incurred for additional areas and time whihc is £295.00 per hour or part thereof. which is non refundable. Survey fees include the accurate undertaking of measurements required for the design and a face to face discussion/consultation at the same time of survey with the designer. Survey fees DO NOT include any personalised drawings . Survey fees are only redeemable against an order placed if the FULL order is placed within 7 days of the survey date and if the order is for ALL the areas surveyed.
Booked in and paid for Survey fees are non refundable if the survey appointment is cancelled by the client or fails to show up for the appointment.
4. Enquiries
By Making an enquiry by all means including but not limited to face to face, email, post, telephone, fax you are agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
5. Order Acceptance & Payment
Before your order can be crafted we must receive cleared funds in full or confirmation of authorisation of payment (where a credit card is used) the purchase prices specified in full without any deduction
Once order has been accepted by the customer and payment has been made by way of accpetance of order, in the event of a cancellation request by the customer then the total value/amount paid to secure the order, by the customer is forfeited by the customer. i.e.non refundable. At our discretion we may transfer the monies paid to an alternative design requested by you This is under our ie The Companies sole discretion and does not affect your statutory rights. The full amount of the moies already paid by the customer ie you will be attributed in full to any new designs requested and at our discretion we have the right to charge additional costs incurred for drawings already undertaken, surveys undertaken from the funds received from the first order placed
Due to the nature of the wall panelling experts, expert advice, accurate surveying bespoke service and services,, personalised designs, personalised drawings, returns, changes or cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed and the value of the payment made for the order is forfeited by the customer.This does not affect your statutory rights.
You must pay for the products by using any of the following methods:
Telegraphic Transfer,Bacs, Paypal
credit or debit card, Cards accepted by us are those listed on the website on the date your order is placed. A charge of up to 5% may be levied for using any such card payment
Wall Panelling Experts may at its sole discretion cancel your order. You agree that in any event that Wall Panelling Expert shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage,costs, expense or other claims you may incur.
You agree to indemnify Wall Panelling Expertsin full against all costs and outgoings incurred by us in obtaining payments from you in the event failed payment occurs.
No credit is given.
Any orders installed by Wall Panelling Expertsare paid for on the day of completion
Our Right To Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel if one or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers or for any other reason. or
Force Majeure Event
We shall not be obliged to offer any additonal compensation for disappoinment suffered and we shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims you may incur.
7. Delivery
As part of our insurance requirements and quality control procedures before any product is shipped the product is inserted into the packaging in the presence of a suitable individual and duly sealed.
We reserve the right to charge for and fulfil partial orders where the order Confirmation consists of multiple items.
We reserve the right to have the goods removed and destroyed within 30 days of the order being placed and not being collected or paid for in full We shall not be obliged to offer any additonal compensation for disappoinment suffered and we shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims you may incur.
Delivery will be made to the address specified in the Order Confirmation Wall Panelling Experts reserves the right to restrict the delivery of products to certain areas.
Subject to above clause we will take reasonable steps to deliver your order to you on the date specified in the Order Confirmation but delays may be caused and delivery can be delayed due to Force Majeure Events or for any other reason and Wall Panelling Experts do not warrant or guarantee the delivery date specified in the Order Confirmation and shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims that you may incur as a result of late delivery. The time for delivery of the Products shall not be of the essence of the contract.
You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when they have been collected by the courier . Once they have been delivered to you or the courier company has tried to deliver them to you they will be held at your own risk either by yourself or the courier companies address and we shall not be liable for their loss/destruction or teh receivers failure to organise a redelivery with the courier company
YOU MUST CHECK ALL YOUR GOODS FIRST BEFORE SIGNING FOR OR ACCEPTING THEM . WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO YOU FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS THAT HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED AND/OR SIGNED FOR OR WHERE A REQUEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE BY THE RECEIVER TO THE COURIER COMPANY FOR A REDELIVERY
We use national reputable carries to distribute all of our goods & cannot be directly liable for any items lost or damaged in transit but we will endeavour to help with any claims you may have. Goods are delivered under the terms and conditions of the couriers and under their health and safety terms and conditions Goods are packaged in accordance with those terms and conditions and health and safety regulations Bulky. large and long items (over150cm) will be charged an additional premium for.
It is essential that you open and check your goods before signing for them.
If any of the goods received seem to have been damaged or the packaging is damaged please sign for them damaged on the paperwork do not sign for them unchecked as this does not cover you or us for insurance claims.
Checking goods after you have signed for them is too late as we cannot claim for any damages occurred in transit without noting this on the couriers paperwork.
If your goods are damaged or defective in any way when being delivered to you, you must not accept the products. You MUST print on the delivery note' goods damaged and/or defective and MUST be returned by Delivery Company toWall Panelling Experts ' . .You MUST take photos of the damages/defectiveness and email Wall Panelling immediately to advise.
If you have accepted and signed for the goods from the delviery Company and then claim they are faulty or not fit for purpose it is the customers responsibility to organise and pay for their return fully packacged. The bespoke goods will then be inspected and either repaired or replacements made.

Any goods lost in transit to you you must notify us at the time of delivery. You must allow the courier Company up to 28 working days to recover the product for you Should the lost products not be located then Wall Panelling Experts Reserve the right to offer you replacement goods and/or a refund. Wall Panelling Experts have up to a further 56 working days to send out replacements to you
You must also telephone and email the courier Company . Â Once the goods have been received back to ,Wall Panelling Experts goods will eihter be reapired or remade Failure to print on the delivery note the above wording and return the damaged/defective goods waivers your right for replacement goods or any claim for damaged and or defective goods.
Deliveries may take place between 6am and 11.00 pm
Any orders not accepted or refused during these hours or if the receiver fails to organsie a redelivery date with the courier Company there will be charge for a re arranged delivery fee at a Minimum charge of £200.00 on date specified by us and no refund of the goods will be issued.
Events Beyond Our Control
We will endeavour to deliver the goods that you have purchased, as soon as possible, this is usually anywhere between 7 to 200 working days,dependent on the design requirements after the payment in full has been received AND design drawings have been officially approved by return of email by the client
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including wihtout limitation, strikes, lock outs, and other industrial disputes, breakdowns of systems or network access,flood, fire explosion or accident.
7b Installation
The Company does not guarantee any work that has not been installed by one of the Companies approved and accredited installers. The Company is not liable for any diputes of any kind, including but not exhaustative, of installation techniques, any time issues, cutting, mitring, adhesives, finishing techniques standard of work, cost, payment terms , claimed additional works, materials, tools, that arise between the customer and the customers chosen insallation contractor that has not been approved by the Wall Panelling Experts
8 Right of Cancellation
A. Except for the products that are custom works, personalised, bespoke or special orders, you will be entitled to cancel your order by written notice to us by following the procedure in clause 10.
B. Products that are custom works, personalised or special orders cannot be cancelled or returned. This policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive
- . We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised, made to measure, bespoke work . In respect of these products our usual refund policy does not apply and products cannot be returned or exchanged.Any Refunds are made without prejudice.
- Installations carried out by Wall Panelling Experts are not time bound. Time is not of the essence of any contracts. The Company will not expressly agree verbally or in writing a definitive completion date due to the nature of made to order designs.
C Deposits are non refundable
D Fees for surveys and/or consultations that are paid for then subsequently cancelled by the customer are non refundable Survey/consultation Fees are only redeemable if the full order is placed within 7 days of the survey/consultation being undertaken
9 Warranties & Refunds
Wall Panelling and or any interior designs by Wall Panelling Expertsshall be under no liability to the customer for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims in repect of
1. any defect arising from wilful damage, negligence failure to follow fitting instructions on website, oral or in writing)
2. misuse or incorrect alteration of the product
3. For products not manufactured by Wall Panelling Experts,in respect of which the customer shall only be entitlted to the benefit of any such warranty or guarantee as is given to the manufacturer to Wall Panelling Experts
4. any tooling or adhesive fixing required for fitting
5. Any cutting,sanding, chamfering or mitring required for fixing. Installing panels without checking and following installation instructions. ie checking all panels to each wall prior to installing
6 If you or your chosen installer are unable to follow any fitting instructions skills to undertake any installation work.
7. Any warping, bowing or cracking of the wall panelling
8. There are no guarantees on any designs or parts within the design that are not installed and subsequently invoiced by by Wall Panelling Experts.
9. The 'finishing' ie filling, painting, decorating, waxing, varnishing, french polishing,of the panels or any refinishing of the panels.
10, Pin Holes - We do not fill these holes . This should be completed by the decorator who is applying the topcoats
11.If you are ordering for a tradesman to fit for you, you must allow for the panelling items to arrive before booking the tradesman.
12. Your incorrect approval of your drawings
13. Acceptance ie signed for and/ or received , of damaged goods
14. Installers that are not approved or accredited by the Wall Panelling Experts
15. Any filling required
16. Wall Panelling Experts shall not be under any liability for any discrepanices brought about by the customers failure to check their products/goods/designs prior to installation.
17. Wall Panelling Experts .shall not be under any libaility for customers failure to notfiy Wall Panelling Experts and or Wall Panels Ltd . 'Prior to installation of any discrepancies
18.Wall Panelling Experts shall not be under any liability for any installation errors or discrepancies undertaken by sub contractors that are paid direct by the customer
19. the company . shall not be under any liability  for any discrepancies after installation has been paid for/agreed  by the customer with the sub contractor
20 Spacing between read and bead and/or tongue and groove panelling is 'standard 90mm to 100mm Any other spacings required are at a cost of minimum £35.00. Tolerances of up to 10mm on all spacings are to be expected .
10 Returns Procedure
If you exercise your right to cancel under clause 8A the the following proceedure must be adhered to.
1. Secure the products and all the original packaging. You may wish to insure the product. 'Wall Panelling Experts shall not be responsible for any items lost or damaged whilst shipping.
2. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package. Including a letter confirming your order cancellation with your reason for cancellation.
3. The Customer is responsible for paying return postage and packaging and no postage or shipping costs will be refunded. Proof of return postage must be evident.
The return must be received within 7 days from the date of the delivery of your order. Any items received 7 after days from the shipment date will not be accepted for refund.
Each item must be received in the same condition it was sent,uncut unused and undamaged.
The customer must pay 80% of the price as a restocking fee for any returned items Goods are to be returned to the address known as Unit 4 Myrtle Grove Ind Est Waterfoot Lancs BB4 7JJ
Damaged goods due to your negligence or because your contractors have sourced alternative goods will not be accepted for refund.
11. Use of Website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone elses use and enjoyment of the website
Wall Panelling Experts gives no warranty or representation to the accuracy suitability or reliability of the information and content of this website for any purpose, which information and content is provided on an 'as is' basis
Wall Panelling Expertsdoes not warrant that functions contained in the website content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs. We shall have no liability for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss arising out of the use of or the inability to use this website including (without limitation) reliance on any information or content of the website of which result mistakes, omission, interruptions, deletions or files or emails,defects, viruses or displays in operation or transmission.

12. Complaints
Should be made in writing to within 5 days of receiving your goods for your complaint to be considered to the registered office address
Our service level agreement is to investigate the complaint within 8 weeks
We do NOT accept legal documents and/or correspondence by email or fax
13. Intellectual property
All product designs are exclusive to Wall Panelling Expertsand remain the intellectual property of Wall Panelling Experts
Wall Panelling Experts 'reserves the right to use the design in its advertising. Wall Panelling Experts reserves the right to use any feedabck you provide on our website and in any of our material.
The content and images contained on this website and any Wall panelling material are the sole property of Wall Panelling Experts 'No part of this website or any of the designs on the website may be copied or used without the express permission of .Wall Panelling Experts
Wall Panelling Experts 'reserves the right to seek legal recourse if any of the designs are featured on this website are copied or plagierised.
